Un an et demi après un premier passage remarqué, c’est avec une grosse production scénique qu’AC/DC revient au Forum de Montréal, aréna mythique de 16 000 places, où joue la fameuse équipe de hockey sur glace des Canadiens de Montréal. Comme toutes les dates du Cannon and Bell Tour, ce concert initialement programmé le 30 septembre a été reporté au 12 décembre 1981, à cause des retards pris dans la sortie de l’album « For Those About To Rock ».

Like all dates on the Cannon and Bell Tour, this concert, originally scheduled for September 30, was postponed to December 12, 1981, due to delays in the release of the "For Those About To Rock" album.
